Privacy Policy

LoadHaulPlace is designed to keep your earthwork calculations under your control. The full field platform is free and does not require payment information. Payment details are requested only if you choose an optional AI ASSIST subscription or credit pack. Signing in adds private account synchronization for Shift Lineup reports.

Field Tools stored in your browser

Field Tools stores tool entries, job and material labels, favorites, preferences, and saved results in your current browser profile. Saved device entries remain local unless you explicitly share them, attach them to an account record, or include them in AI ASSIST. Another device, browser, or browser profile starts separately, but anyone using the same unlocked browser profile may be able to open it.

Shift Lineup reports

The Shift Lineup saves each working draft to the current browser first. If you use it without signing in, reports remain in that browser profile and do not synchronize to another device. If you sign in, Shift Lineup also uploads reports to your private LoadHaulPlace account and synchronizes them when an internet connection is available. Export a backup before clearing site data, using private browsing, replacing a device, or changing browser profiles.

Exporting and sending

Downloading or sharing a PDF and exporting or restoring a report backup creates or reads a copy only when you choose that action. Exported files are then handled by your device and the apps or people you select. Review sensitive project, cost, personnel, and equipment information before sending it.

Account records, contacts and sharing

Account records can include crew qualifications, personnel forms, payroll hours, plans, attachments, contact groups, delivery history and preferences. Access follows account and job roles. Contact groups belong to the account that creates them. Payroll and private personnel reports have separate audience controls.

Creating a share link uploads a read-only snapshot. Anyone holding the full link can open it without signing in for 30 days, unless the owner revokes it sooner. Forwarding the link grants the same access. Expiry or revocation blocks access but does not automatically erase the stored snapshot or copies already downloaded.

Email-app sharing prepares a draft on your device; you send it using your email provider. Group email drafts place addresses in BCC. When direct delivery is enabled, recipient details and the report link are sent to the configured email or text provider. Provider acceptance is not proof of receipt. LoadHaulPlace currently supports Resend for direct email and Twilio for texts.

AI ASSIST

When you request an analysis, your question and chosen documents, records and page context are sent to OpenAI for processing. Page context may include unsaved edits. Workspace context is included when you select it. Help-center AI uses the platform guide and your conversation; it does not automatically include crew, shifts or uploaded files. Help questions and answers are saved in your private AI history. AI documents and saved analyses are stored privately in your account; original source files are not attached when you share an analysis. Delete documents and analyses from the AI workspace. A deleted source can make follow-up questions unavailable.

Website and support

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device or browser details, and your message. Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical request information needed to operate and protect the website, such as timestamps, IP addresses, and browser details. Do not send confidential project records, payment-card information, or sensitive personal information in a support message.

No advertising or tracking

The website does not contain third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Browser data remains until you erase it in Shift Lineup or clear site data in the browser. Deleted records that support Trash remain recoverable there; deleting a record does not necessarily erase its revisions or every stored copy immediately. Share snapshots can remain stored after access expires or is revoked. Contact support to request account or stored-data removal. Backups you export remain under your control. Support correspondence and routine service records are retained only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, address requests, protect the website, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

Children

LoadHaulPlace is a professional earthworks utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security and changes

Account-request protection uses short-lived hashed request identifiers and counters; raw passwords and API secrets are not stored in these counters. See our Security page for implemented controls, offline-device risks and production checks. This release does not guarantee country-specific data residency or automated statutory record retention.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy as the website changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
