Terms of Use

These terms apply to the LoadHaulPlace website operated by Acadian Ridge Investments LLC. The full LoadHaulPlace field platform is free to use without a time limit. Optional AI ASSIST subscriptions are Premium at $9.99 USD/month with 100 monthly AI credits, or Pro at $19.99 USD/month with 300 credits and Advanced Review. Live AI requires a confirmed paid subscription. Additional packs of 100 credits cost $9.99 USD, plus any applicable tax, and are purchased separately with no automatic top-ups. Included credits reset each billing month; purchased credits carry forward and require an active paid plan to use. Large documents and Advanced Review consume more credits; the maximum is shown before analysis. Credits are service units, not cash or a promise of a fixed number of answers. Failed or uncertain analyses may retain a reservation pending reconciliation. Prorated upgrades receive a corresponding credit boost; a full renewed Pro month includes 300 credits. Final price, renewal, cancellation, and billing terms will be shown before any payment is collected.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Paid AI subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel through Billing at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues through that period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support@loadhaulplace.com about a refund or billing error. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other rights required by applicable law.
Field-use responsibility
LoadHaulPlace provides planning estimates based on the values and assumptions entered by the user. It does not replace professional engineering, licensed surveying, geotechnical advice, manufacturer instructions, safety procedures, project specifications, or contract measurement rules. You are responsible for verifying inputs, units, assumptions, outputs, and field conditions before relying on a calculation.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business earthworks planning. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, interfere with, probe, overload, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Saved reports and sending
Field Tools work and signed-out Shift Lineup reports are saved in the current browser profile. Signed-in Shift Lineup reports are also stored in the user’s private account and synchronized when online. Anyone with access to the same unlocked browser profile may be able to open locally stored work. Keep your own exported backup of important work, and review report contents before downloading or sharing them through another app.
Availability
We work to keep LoadHaulPlace accurate, compatible, and available, but uninterrupted access, permanent storage, and error-free results are not guaranteed. Features may be updated, limited, or discontinued as the platform develops.
